The Municipal Bureau of Traditional Chinese Medicine introduced that this year the city will launch a pilot reform of payment for TCM's advantageous diseases, achieve 100% construction of TCM clinics in community health service centers, and carry out the TCM source exploration project.

This year, the city will further promote the implementation of major projects such as the National Demonstration Pilot Program for the Inheritance and Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Major Project for the Revitalization and Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine; continue to explore the establishment of a medical insurance system that meets the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, launch a pilot program for the payment reform of TCM's advantageous diseases, study the reform of the pricing method of TCM medical service items, and promote the establishment of an evaluation mechanism for TCM preparations in clinically urgent medical institutions; promote the implementation of the regional development strategy of traditional Chinese medicine, launch the Beijing TCM high-quality development project, and promote each district to build a new development pattern of "one district, one policy".

The action to improve the service capacity of TCM at the grass-roots level will be accelerated. This year, 100% of community health service centers will have TCM clinics, more than 30% of community health service stations, and more than 10% of village health rooms will have TCM pavilions. A pilot project to explore the origins of TCM will be launched, focusing on research on authentic medicinal materials, intangible cultural heritage of TCM, time-honored brands, academic schools, ethnic medicine, and unearthed cultural relics and literature. , organize; strengthen the connotation construction of traditional Chinese medicine, promote the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment mode of traditional Chinese medicine, the integrated diagnosis and treatment mode of multi-professionals, and the full-chain service mode, carry out regular training, rotation training, and advanced studies of traditional Chinese medicine in critical care and pediatrics, and continue to do a good job in the quality sampling of traditional Chinese medicine decoctions; improve the service capacity of the "preventive treatment" department of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, and strengthen the traditional Chinese medicine health services for women, children, the elderly, and chronic diseases.

In addition, the city will also implement a series of actions for the consumption of traditional Chinese medicine culture and tourism this year, comprehensively promote the integration of traditional Chinese medicine with cultural popularization, cultural and creative products, consumer leisure, healthy life, international exchanges and other functional attributes, and each district will build a digital traditional Chinese medicine hut, create and launch a traditional Chinese medicine consumption brand, and promote the development of the traditional Chinese medicine health industry.

At the same time, the Municipal Bureau of Traditional Chinese Medicine also showed the "report card" of the city's traditional Chinese medicine work last year. Last year, the city continued to create high-quality routes for traditional Chinese medicine health tourism, added 7 new Beijing traditional Chinese medicine cultural tourism demonstration bases, and the number of bases reached 57 in total; continuously strengthened the construction of traditional Chinese medicine specialty, selected nearly 100 municipal-level key traditional Chinese medicine specialty construction projects; promoted the improvement of grassroots traditional Chinese medicine service capabilities, and built a total of 300 community traditional Chinese medicine halls and 148 traditional Chinese medicine health culture experience halls; built a total of 8 national-level traditional Chinese and Western medicine "flagship" hospitals, 55 national-level traditional Chinese and Western medicine "flagship" departments, and 50 municipal-level traditional Chinese and Western medicine "flagship" departments.
