use for fatigue, poor memory, palpitations, insomnia, anxiety, phobias, poor sleep or dream disturbed sleep, poor appetite, sallow complexion, withdrawal, low-grade fever, and night sweating, early periods with loss of excess pale blood, continuous spotting, blood in the stool, leukorrhea, metrostaxis, and metrorrhagia, due to deficiency of spleen qi and heart blood, and failure of the spleen to control the blood.

Actions: Replenishing qi and supplementing blood, improving the spleen and nourishing the heart.

Indications: It is indicated for deficiency syndrome of both qi and blood of the spleen and heart and syndrome of failure of the spleen to control blood, marked by palpitation or severe palpitation, amnesia, insomnia, poor appetite and lassitude, sallow complexion, or metrorrhagia, hemafecia, hematuria, advanced menstruation in large amount and light color, or dribbling menstruation, pale tongue with thin whitish fur, thready and weak pulse. It is applicable to neurosism and angiocardiopathy, arrhythmia, vertigo, which pertain to deficiency of both the spleen and heart, as well as gastroduodenal ulcer bleeding, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, thrombocytopenic purpura and others, which pertain to failure of the spleen to control blood.*

Directions: Take 8-10 pills each time, 3 times a day.
